Neuro Golf Lab ("we", "us") runs theneurogolflab.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you complete the Transfer Meter Self-Screen and ask for your report, we collect your first name, email address, your consent to receive emails, and a summary of your results: your overall score, your zone, your four section scores, your biggest gap, the time and training location you chose for your plan, and the 7-day plan generated from those results, so we can email it to you. We do not store your answers to individual questions.
Why we collect it
We use this information to show you your report, to email you your results and training tips, and to let you know about our coaching programs and assessments. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails, or by using the unsubscribe link if one is included.
Where it is stored
Your information is stored by our website host, Netlify. If we use an email service to send our emails, your name and email are stored there too. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete your information, email us at theneurogolflab@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Not medical advice
The self-screen and 7-day plan are general training information, not a medical assessment. If you have pain, dizziness or a medical condition, check with a clinician before starting any exercise program.
